In association with their key workers, consumers at Mowbray develop independent program plans, where goals and strengths are identified and worked towards.

An holistic approach is taken by each support worker to enhance the overall wellbeing and direction that each consumer wishes to take in their development towards independent living.

Richmond Mowbray has eight self-contained units around a central communal area, with a shared laundry facility and staff common area.
