Glenorchy

In association with their key workers, consumers at Glenorchy develop independent program plans, where goals and strengths are identified and worked towards.

An holistic approach is taken by each support worker to enhance the overall wellbeing and direction that each consumer wishes to take in their development towards independent living.

Richmond Glenorchy is a purpose-developed cluster of 11 units catering to a maximum of 12 consumers, with one for staff and a recreational unit. All units are fully self-contained.
