Recreation Programs

The Out & About Southern Recreation Program and Northern Recreation Program are recreational programs for people with a diagnosed mental illness.

The programs cater for a broad range of interests. Activities may be creative, social or sporting, or nature-based for those who enjoy the outside world.

The aims of the program are to build confidence and increase self esteem so that participants have the opportunity to access the wider community.
