Outreach Service

Richmond North-west operates a psychosocial rehabilitation model of care.

Support is given to people who are well enough to live within the community. Our aim is to support the participant and identify the gaps that hinder their wellbeing or ability to maintain their community living choices, and also engage them into other services of their choice.

There is no cost and participants may stay in our service for up to two years, but it is expected there will be a continual turnover.
